Anaheim · Serving all of Orange County

More booked jobs.
Not just a prettier website.

I build and run websites for Orange County plumbing, HVAC and roofing companies. Not brochures — sites that turn a Google search into a call.

  • Free teardown, no obligation
  • No contract for the first 90 days
  • You own your domain, always

The free teardown

I audited 30 OC trade websites last week. Here's what I found.

Every one of these is a real, verified problem on a real Orange County contractor's website — pulled from their live site, not guessed at. Names left out on purpose.

Roofing · Anaheim Hills

No phone number anywhere on the site.

Not one. No number, no form, no contact page. Someone with an active leak lands there and has no way to reach them. Roofing jobs run $8k–$25k.

HVAC · Anaheim / Orange

Contact email is misspelled. Every message bounces.

One letter missing from the domain. That address has no mail server behind it — so every customer who emailed them from their own website reached nobody. The business is 35 years old.

HVAC · Anaheim

Website has been returning a 404 for months.

Domain paid up through 2028, Google Business Profile still pointing at it. Every click from Google search lands on a dead page.

Plumbing · Orange County

Running WordPress from 2019.

Seven years of unpatched security holes. Outdated WordPress is the most common way small-business sites get hijacked — and when that happens Google delists the domain.

HVAC + Plumbing · Anaheim

8.3 seconds to load a page.

Competitors in the same ZIP are under 1.5. On a phone, most people are gone before anything appears on screen.

Roofing · Buena Park

Paying for an SSL certificate they never switched on.

Visitors land on the insecure version and Chrome flags it "Not Secure." Google has ranked on HTTPS since 2014. It's one line of config.

This is what a teardown is. I go through your site the way a customer would, plus the parts they can't see — load speed, security, mobile, whether Google can read it. You get a plain-English list of what's broken and what it's costing you. If nothing's wrong, I'll tell you that and you've lost nothing.

What you're actually paying for

A website is the delivery truck. Calls are the cargo.

Anyone can put a good-looking page online now. Getting the right people to find it and pick up the phone is the part that's still hard — and that's the whole job.

A site built to convert

Tap-to-call in the header, quote form above the fold, license number and service area where people look for them. Loads in under two seconds on a phone in a driveway with one bar.

Google Business Profile

For a trade in Orange County, the map pack is worth more than the website. I set the profile up properly, keep it current, and work on getting you into the top three for your city.

Reviews, on purpose

An automatic text to every customer after the job, pointed straight at your Google review link. Reviews are the single biggest lever on map ranking and nobody does it consistently by hand.

Pages that rank for your cities

"Water heater repair Anaheim." "AC replacement Fullerton." One page per service per city, written properly — that's how you show up for the searches that end in a booking.

You see every lead

Call tracking and form alerts, so at the end of the month you know exactly how many calls the site brought in and what they were worth. No vague "impressions" report.

Kept running

Hosting, SSL, backups, updates, and someone who answers when something breaks. You will never get a call from me about a plugin.

How it goes

Three steps, and you're not doing most of them.

1. Free teardown

You send me your web address. I go through it and send back what's broken and what it's likely costing you. Takes me a day. Costs you nothing and there's no pitch attached.

2. Build

If you want to move forward: one 30-minute call to get your services, cities, license and photos. You're done after that. First version live in about a week.

3. Keep it working

I host it, keep it current, chase reviews, add city pages, and send you a one-page monthly report showing calls and forms. You go back to running trucks.

Pricing

Real numbers, on the website.

One build fee, then a flat monthly. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices, and I'll tell you on the first call if I don't think it's worth it for you.

Repair

One thing is badly broken and you need it fixed, not a rebuild.

$1,495one-time

then $197/month

  • The specific defect fixed, fast
  • Mobile + speed pass on the whole site
  • SSL, redirects, tap-to-call wired up
  • Hosting, backups, security updates
  • Up to 1 hour of changes a month
  • Google Business Profile cleaned up

Straight answers

The questions I actually get asked

Can't I just build my own site with AI now?

Honestly — yes, you probably can. AI will make you a decent-looking page in an afternoon.

But a good-looking page isn't the problem. Every contractor on that teardown list above has a website. The reason they're losing jobs is a broken email address, an eight-second load time, no tap-to-call, and a Google profile nobody's touched in three years. AI won't notice any of that, and it won't chase your reviews or answer the phone at 7am when your site goes down.

If you enjoy this stuff, build it yourself — genuinely. Most guys running three trucks would rather not.

Who owns the website?

You own your domain name, always. You buy it, it's in your name, I just point it where it needs to go. I'm not holding your business name hostage — that's a lousy way to operate.

I own and host the site itself while you're on a plan. If you want to own it outright, there's a buyout price and I'll hand over the files and help you move it. No drama.

What happens if I cancel?

First 90 days: cancel any time, no fee, no reason needed. Your domain and your Google Business Profile stay yours and I'll point them wherever you want.

After that you're on a 12-month term. At the end you can renew, buy the site outright, or walk away. I'd rather you leave clean than stay annoyed.

How fast will I see more calls?

Depends what's broken. If your site is down, has no phone number, or takes eight seconds to load, fixing that shows up in days — you were already getting the traffic, you just couldn't catch it.

Ranking work is slower. Google Business Profile improvements usually move in 3–6 weeks. New city pages take 2–4 months to settle. Anyone promising page one in 30 days is lying to you.

My site's fine. Why would I change it?

Maybe you shouldn't. Out of 30 OC trade sites I audited, 18 were in good shape and I'm not going to pretend otherwise to make a sale.

That's what the free teardown is for. If yours checks out, I'll tell you so in writing and you'll have that confirmed for free.

Do you work with anyone outside the trades?

Not really. I stick to plumbing, HVAC and roofing in Orange County because I know what a good week looks like for a plumber, what a water-heater call is worth, and why nobody answers the phone in August if they run AC.

I also won't take on a direct competitor of an existing client in the same city. If you're in, that spot's yours.
