What I Do

Three things, sold as one: the site — the record search engines treat as your business; the signals — schema, Google Business Profile, name-address-phone consistency, reviews answered; and the proof — short videos that get you picked once you’re seen. Builds are one-time. The monthly plan is what keeps you found.

Every build starts from one of eight trade-specific design systems I built on my own platform — plumbing, roofing, HVAC, landscaping, contracting, dental, law, salon — so the first version is right for how your trade actually sells, not a template you outgrow.

How I Work

Teardown first. Twenty minutes on the phone, your site and your Google profile on screen, and you leave with the notes whether or not you hire me. Real pricing on the page — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices. One 20-minute call, then you go back to running trucks. I read every questionnaire answer myself.

Everything can run by phone, text, email and video — or in person at your place of business if you prefer. No sales deck, no follow-up sequence unless you ask for one.

Before The Agency

I’ve been building websites for more than three years — over fifty of them for clients before this agency had a name. Nearly all of that work came down to two things: design that made a business look like it deserved the call, and search work that made sure the call came. I started Will Dev Agency because those are the two things I do best, and because most local businesses were being sold one without the other.
