What this site collects, who it goes to, and how to make us delete it. Written to be read rather than to be survived.

Last updated 29 August 2026.

Who we are

This site is operated by Hypergreen CO Incorporated, a Washington corporation trading as Will Dev Agency.

211 S. State College Blvd., PMB 10121, Anaheim, CA 92806
will@willdevagency.com · (626) 999-2245

If you want something deleted, or you want to know what we hold, that email address is the one that reaches a person. There is no ticket system and no form to fill in.

What we collect, and when

We collect three kinds of information, and two of them only happen because you typed something in.

1. What you send us

  • The contact form — your name, email, phone, city, and whatever you write in the message box.
  • The questionnaire at /start — your answers about your business: name, trade, service area, hours, address, opening times, pricing preferences, what went wrong with your last website, and any photos you choose to attach.
  • Email, phone and text — if you write to us or call, we keep the correspondence.

Only what you type. No form field is pre-filled from anywhere and nothing is bought from a data broker.

2. What your browser sends automatically

  • Server logs — IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the time. Held by our host, Cloudflare, for their standard period.
  • Analytics — which pages were viewed, in what order, and which buttons were clicked. See Cookies and analytics below.

Our analytics never receives what you typed. Button and form events record the location and category of the thing you clicked — never a name, phone number, email address, or any field value.

3. Payment information, if you become a client

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers go to Stripe directly and we never see or store them. We see that an invoice was paid, and the billing name and email attached to it.

The “Tidy this up” button

The questionnaire has an optional button that rewrites a long typed answer so it reads more clearly. If you press it, the text in that one box is sent to Anthropic (the company behind Claude) to be rewritten, and the result is offered back to you. You can keep your original wording — and if you never press the button, nothing is sent.

We flag this specifically because “a third party sees what you typed” is the kind of thing that belongs in plain sight rather than in a list of sub-processors.

Why we hold it

  • To answer you, quote you, and do the work you asked for.
  • To build and run your website if you become a client.
  • To send invoices and keep the records a business is required to keep.
  • To understand which pages of this site are useful and which are not.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have never done either and there is no arrangement under which we would.

Who else touches it

Every company below is a service we use to run the site. Each one is named on purpose; a policy that says “trusted third parties” and stops there is not telling you anything.

  • Cloudflare — hosting, security, and privacy-preserving pageview counts.
  • Google Analytics 4 — site analytics, with IP anonymisation switched on.
  • Cloudflare Email Service or Resend — whichever is configured delivers form submissions to our inbox.
  • Google Workspace — our email.
  • Anthropic — only for the optional rewrite button described above.
  • Stripe — payments and invoicing.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics sets cookies to tell a returning visit from a new one. Cloudflare may set a cookie for security. We use no advertising cookies and no retargeting pixels — you are not followed around the internet after visiting this site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will keep working. Google publishes an opt-out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is still no common standard for what a site should do with it, and this site does not currently respond to it. We are telling you that plainly because California law asks sites to disclose it either way. Third parties named above may collect information about your activity across different sites over time; that is what their own policies govern.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that go nowhere — deleted within about 24 months, or sooner if you ask.
  • Client records — kept for the length of the engagement and then as long as tax and contract records require, normally seven years.
  • Analytics — retained on Google's schedule for the property, currently 14 months.

Your rights, and how to use them

If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information is collected and why, to a copy of it, to have it deleted, to have it corrected, and not to be discriminated against for asking.

We honour these requests from anyone who asks, wherever you live, without checking first whether the statute technically applies to a business our size. Email will@willdevagency.com with what you want and we will confirm within 10 days and complete it within 45. We may need to verify that the request is really from you before we hand over or delete anything — usually by replying from the address we already hold.

Since we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing here for a “Do Not Sell or Share” request to switch off. Ask anyway if you would like that in writing.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions travel encrypted and land in a mailbox protected by two-factor authentication. Payment details never reach our systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Children

This site sells services to businesses. It is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and it will be deleted.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and the new version replaces this one on this page. There is no archive of previous versions; if you need to know what it said on a particular date, ask.

Not legal advice

This page describes our own practices. It is not legal advice to you, and nothing on this site should be relied on as legal advice about your own business.

Want it all deleted?

Email will@willdevagency.com and say so. You do not have to give a reason, and it will not affect anything we have quoted you.
