Hosting, backups, security, and 30 minutes of edits. Keeps the site alive — not a growth plan, and we say so.
Our CompetitorsVersus Us.
Three companies normally split this work: one to get you ranking on Google, one for the AI answers, and a third to make the videos. Three contracts, three margins, three people who never speak to each other. We do all three for $499 a month — cheaper for the dull reason, that it is one company instead of three, and better for a less dull one: the person who builds your site is the person who writes its schema and cuts its video, so the three finally agree with each other. Every price in the left-hand column is lifted off a competitor’s own page and linked at the foot of this one.
Their Price.Our Investment.
The left column is what other agencies publish on their own websites in 2026, not our estimate of what they charge. Every figure is linked at the foot of this page so you can check it yourself.
This is real data. Nine published rate cards, pricing guides and industry surveys — including a 439-provider survey — all sourced and linked below. Not one number on this page was estimated by us.

| Total, for SEO + AI visibility + a video every month | $2,500–$8,000/mo Split across two or three separate companies |
$499/moAll three, in Visibility |
It says $499 four times. That is not four charges — it is one plan, because local SEO, AI answer visibility and the monthly video are all inside Visibility. Elsewhere those are three separate contracts with three separate companies, and the SEO firm and the video company have never spoken to each other about your business.

What We Charge.All Of It.
Four plans, each one a superset of the one before it. The full detail of what’s inside each is on the pricing page.
Plus Google Business Profile management, schema and citations, review requests and responses, one service or city page a month, AI-answer tracking, and one video a month.
Plus two videos a month from footage you shoot on your phone, a monthly shot list, a quarterly campaign page, and competitor tracking.
Plus Google Ads and Local Services Ads, built and run by us, four videos a month, and priority turnaround. Google bills your card directly for ad spend — we hold none of it.
A monthly plan runs on top of a site that already exists — websites from $1,000 one-time, or the Website Partnership at $750 setup + $249/mo for twelve months, with the site passing to you free and clear at month 12.
Why One InvoiceCosts Less Than Three.
Three reasons, and none of them are “we cut corners.” Every one of them is a structural difference in how the work gets done.
You only pay to be understood once
Every vendor you add runs its own discovery, its own strategy call, its own monthly report and its own account management — and bills you for all of it. Hire an SEO firm and a video company and you are paying two organisations to learn the same business, cover the same ground and send you two reports that don’t reference each other. That overlap is where a marketing budget quietly disappears.
The website and the SEO are the same job
Most agencies inherit a site somebody else built and then spend months working around it — schema that was never added, a page structure that can’t rank for a city, a platform that won’t do what local search needs. We build on our own publishing platform, so the technical foundation is correct from day one instead of being retrofitted a piece at a time and billed for every month.
We don’t sell filler
No press releases. No packages of “50 high-authority backlinks a month.” That is where a lot of cheap SEO money goes, it is a playbook from a decade ago, and it is a liability to your site rather than an asset. We would rather spend the month on one page that answers a question somebody in your city is actually typing into Google.
Five Questions To AskAnyone Who Quotes You.
Including us. If a quote looks cheaper than it should be, one of these five is usually where the rest of the money went.
“Is Google Business Profile management in this investment, or on top?”
On several published price grids it is not in any tier — it’s an add-on. Standalone, it’s commonly $99–$475/mo. For a local service business the profile is the single highest-leverage thing on the list, so if it’s not in the number, the number isn’t the number.
“How many videos do I get each month?”
Usually the answer is none, because SEO and video are sold by different vendors. At agency rates a single short-form video is $500–$1,500. If your plan includes zero, compare it to a plan that includes one before you compare the monthly investment.
“What are you doing about ChatGPT and AI Overviews?”
More people are getting a recommendation from an AI answer before they ever see a list of blue links. Specialist agencies charge $2,000/mo to bolt this onto an SEO plan. If the answer is a blank look, you’re buying 2019’s service at 2026’s investment.
“What’s the setup fee, and what’s the term?”
Published onboarding fees run $249–$995 and don’t appear in the headline monthly. Ask for the twelve-month total, not the monthly — and ask what happens if you want out in month three.
“If I leave, what do I take with me?”
The answer should be everything: the domain, the site, the Google Business Profile, Search Console, analytics, all of it in your name with the agency as a user you remove in one click. If an agency owns your domain or verifies your Search Console for you, leaving gets expensive on purpose.
In order
1. Included from $499/mo.
2. One, two or four depending on the plan.
3. Tracked and worked on from $499/mo.
4. No setup fee. First 90 days month-to-month, cancel any
time, no fee — and that’s written into the agreement.
5. Everything. All of it is registered in your name from day
one and we’re a user you can remove yourself.
The Website Partnership is the one exception on term and ownership — it’s a twelve-month commitment and the site transfers to you at month 12. We spell that out before you sign.
Questions People AskBefore They Compare.
How much does local SEO cost per month in 2026?
Published 2026 figures put local SEO for a home service business at $1,000–$3,500 per month. A 439-provider survey compiled by Ahrefs puts the average agency retainer at $3,209 per month and the average freelancer retainer at $1,348. One home-services specialist agency publishes a starting price of $2,800 per month for local SEO alone. Budget-tier packages in Orange County run $295–$800 per month, and typically exclude Google Business Profile management, which is sold separately at $99–$475 per month.
Is Google Business Profile management usually included in an SEO package?
Often not. Several published local SEO price grids sell Google Business Profile management as a separate add-on rather than including it in any tier. Standalone GBP management is commonly quoted at $99–$475 per month, and agency full-service map-pack management runs $800–$1,200 per month. Ask whether it is in the monthly price or billed on top.
What does it cost to get a business found in ChatGPT and AI Overviews?
This work is sold as AEO or GEO — answer engine or generative engine optimization. Entry-level programs are published at $1,000–$2,500 per month and mid-market retainers at $3,000–$6,000 per month. One home-services specialist publishes $4,000 per month standalone, or $2,000 per month when added to an existing SEO package.
How much does a short-form video cost for a local business?
Per-asset agency pricing for short-form social video is commonly $500–$1,500 per video, with fuller production at $1,000–$3,000. Monthly retainers producing four to eight short-form deliverables are commonly $1,000–$3,000 per month. Independent creator rates for a 30–60 second video average around $212 in the United States.
